Learn self-defense techniques and mindset in a safe and inclusive environment. This course focuses on effective ground and standing techniques that work naturally with your body. All bodies and all orientations are welcomed, and no prior skill or experience is required. This course is centered on the 2SLGBTQIA+ community; allies and friends are also welcome.

Classes are 1-hour long and meet every Friday evening and Sunday morning. At midterm and the end of the course, there are two Reflex Development classes to review and hone all previously taught techniques in a safe manner. For the safety of the participants, participants are required to be masked during class, regardless of vaccination status.

If you have any questions or concerns, please send email to holly@safetogether.space.
